Okay, everybody, welcome to the final episode of season 12 of the one shop movement podcast. We got so many phenomenal guests on this season. It was truly amazing and, rest assured, we have some phenomenal guests coming up in season 13, but more on that very soon. Just a quick recap of what happened in season 12. We had a blend of sports stars, franchisors, branding experts. We had a phenomenal guest list for this show, so let's have a quick recap of some of the guests. The first guest we had was Fergus Watts, who's the CEO of the Reach Foundation. He was a former AFL star player, actually a top 10 draft pick, and he also launched an international marketing company, a bastion group, and now the CEO of the Reach Foundation. So we had a phenomenal talk about transitioning from sport tragedy, dealing with sports injuries. It was truly a phenomenal episode.

01:10

We then kicked on to Nick Maxwell. He was actually all the way back in season number two. He is the former Colleen Wood football club for our international guests, arguably the largest sporting club in Australia. He was the captain of a premiership side, but he had a phenomenal sports story. So go back to Nick Maxwell in season two. But in season 12 we focused a lot more on business life after football leadership and his startup company a class. So phenomenal conversation there. We also had Christina Mahmellacchiani for those entrepreneurs and educators and people that really passionate about, I guess, getting ahead, they would have heard of the Brand Mind Valley, arguably the largest online education company in the world. We had the co-founder, christina, on the show. We had an amazing conversation there.

02:10

Kevin Finn he's got a really remarkable story. He's an entrepreneur, author, branding expert, worked with some of the largest branding agencies in the world. Also worked on a project for some branding for the pop band U2. But he has an interesting story of working remotely and building an international brand there. Cameron Falloon, who is a good friend of mine. He's in the fitness industry. He launched Body Fit Training but he was a former, I guess, elite athlete sports coach work of sporting teams. Elite athletes took that into the fitness industry. Now an international brand with around 500 franchises Phenomenal conversation there.

02:57

Amber Manning just cuts a phenomenal 30-year hairdressing brand and she's the CEO returning to a family business there. But again another if you're in the franchise in space. Her story and some of the insights to business is quite phenomenal as well. Run Samarikun, who is also an entrepreneur innovator, I would say. And again in the franchise in space, launching franchising with a different bit of a con. I guess it's a bit of a hybrid model to franchise in a co-ownership model, but interesting concept and really tapping into that real high-end cosmetic space as well. So we have an interesting conversation about his business model. Also, we had Rihamun Simcox who is the CEO, general manager of a franchise. So again in the franchise in space interesting story Again.

04:00

If you're in the franchise in industry, there's a lot to take away out of this. This is a company that was bought out after 30 years and reinvented. So we had a very, very interesting conversation around franchising, building businesses, taking over businesses. We also had Ross Franklin, who's got a fast growing franchise, another franchise. Or in that health juice, that functional beverage space, a US-based franchise that is growing at a rapid speed. So we talk a little bit about the growth, the model and also international expansion.

04:40

Elliot Mark, again a CEO another interest in story a former athlete who hit tough times those really sad story, tough times and then reinvented himself and is now running sports academies and doing all sorts of things with athletes and helping them in their career. A very powerful conversation, that one. So that's our amazing 10 guests for season 12, season 13. Again, we bring the best of the best to the one-shot movement podcast. We've got CEO coaches. We've got former AFL Premiership coaches for those in the AFL circles, a 350 game player and a Sydney Swans Premiership coach. His name's Paul Ruz. He's working in the leadership and coaching space now, so a really powerful conversation with him, also out of the AFL, the Australian Football League circles, and a career administrator, I would say, who was the CEO of three different clubs Been around the circles. He's now teaching CEO type of skills.

05:51

Just to wrap up, we have some exciting announcements in conjunction with season 13. We are launching our Entrepreneur Education and Empowerment Hub where I've gone and taken apart a lot of my content my masterclass series. For those that have done my masterclass series in the past, I've chosen topics and done three to five nights, 90 minutes a night, trainings and deep dives into different topics. I've got sales and marketing masterclasses in there. I've reinvented the one-shot movement podcast into a show and also a mini. So, just like you have in sport now, where you have sports into minis, these one-hour episodes are cut into powerful little 15 or sub-15-minute episodes for you to watch and consume high-quality content and the best highlights of each episode. That's a wrap.
